Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.fastservices.pk and the products and services provided by Fast Services ("Fast Services", "we", "us" or "our"), a technology company based at 10-10, Arfa Software Technology Park, Ferozpur Road, Lahore, Pakistan. By using our website or services, or by signing a quotation or order with us, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Fast Services provides cloud and IT services, including resale, setup, migration and support of Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Zoho Workplace and AWS; our own software products such as Team Suite, SAMS Online and CORN POS; and software development, managed services and consulting. The exact scope, price and duration of any service are set out in the quotation, proposal or order you accept.

2. Third-party cloud products

Where we resell or set up a third-party product (for example Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), your use of that product is also subject to the provider's own terms and policies, such as the Google Workspace Terms of Service and Microsoft's customer agreements. The provider operates the product and is responsible for its availability and data processing; we are responsible for the services we perform for you, such as licensing, configuration, migration and support.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity under your accounts. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate the anti-spam rules of the provider concerned;
• distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
• store or share unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or abusive content;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt our services or other customers' use of them.

We may suspend services that are being used in breach of this section.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in the accepted quotation or invoice and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled before renewal. Invoices are payable by their due date; we may suspend services for overdue payments after notice. Licence fees paid to third-party providers are generally non-refundable once the licences have been provisioned.

6. Communications and marketing emails

We send service emails (such as invoices, renewal notices, account and security notifications) that are needed to provide our services. We may also send occasional business emails about products and services relevant to your organisation, such as Google Workspace updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; once you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing emails. You can also ask us to stop at any time by writing to [email protected]. 7. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you store in our services or in third-party products we set up for you. We access it only as needed to provide and support the services, as instructed by you, or as required by law. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Our website, software products, documentation and brand names remain the property of Fast Services or its licensors. Subject to payment, you receive the right to use our software for the term and scope of your subscription or licence. Ownership of custom software developed for you is as agreed in the relevant proposal or contract.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and services are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including of third-party products. To the extent permitted by law, Fast Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end a service as set out in the relevant quotation or agreement. We may suspend or end a service if you materially breach these Terms and do not fix the breach within a reasonable time after notice. On termination, we will help you export your data for a reasonable period on request.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
